DO I HAVE TO COME TO THE UK IN ORDER TO BUY PROPERTY?
We never start a property search without a clear picture of your expectations. After establishing a relationship, our clients trust our judgement implicitly and some are happy to proceed with negotiations without physically seeing a property. We’re always confident that the property we’ve found is a 100% match, however, we do advise that you visit before committing to negotiations if possible but 60% of our property purchases have been with out clients visit
